HORSEMANSHIP 1
This class is for the green horse and rider already who are already comfortable in the snaffle bit as well as more aged horses needing continued work. This is the first stage of progressing into the bridle with all basic movements introduced. All levels of riders - no matter what discipline - will benefit. All maneuvers are based on the California Vaquero style of riding working primarily in the snaffle bit stage but will benefit hackamore and bridle horses as well. This style is comparable with the Classical French method of Dressage and would be the equivalent to the "Debourrage" or "unblocking" stage of development.
